If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging with all included accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original box along with all cables, manuals, and the printed RMA form.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the exterior of the package.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the device, and your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
